Building a stronger sales channel for ethical fashion
The Anjelms Project had built a loyal organic following, but growth depended on reaching beyond the same audience. We used paid social to put the brand in front of new fashion buyers, convert interest into first purchases and build stronger momentum around seasonal sales.

ROAS
The Anjelms Project had built an active Instagram community and strong organic engagement, but converting that attention into consistent growth was more difficult. The brand wanted to reach new audiences beyond its existing customer base, acquire first-time buyers and encourage stronger repeat purchase behaviour while maintaining the positioning of its ethically produced fashion collections.
The approach
01
Take the brand beyond its existing audience
We expanded beyond the brand’s existing Instagram audience, using paid social to introduce The Anjelms Project to new customers with a stronger likelihood of engaging with its ethical fashion offering.
02
Turn product interest into purchases
We created campaign messaging and visuals around the products and offers most likely to drive action, helping move customers from discovery to purchase more effectively.
03
Increase spend as performance improved
As the campaigns began delivering stronger returns, we gradually increased the daily budget to reach more potential customers while maintaining efficient performance.
In the first 30 days, the campaign generated $3,787.45 in revenue from $908.89 in ad spend, delivering a 4.17x return on ad spend and creating a strong base for further scaling.
The campaign was then adapted for the Christmas period, helping The Anjelms Project exceed its December 20 sales target five days early and generate $4,650.95 in merchandise sales during the seasonal campaign.
